Associate Editor Team Trainer
Description This position requires experience training both small and large groups. Individuals should have excellent communication skills with the ability to build on our existing training program. Individual must be able to problem solve and conduct research with little to no direct supervision. Individual must be internet savvy and have the ability to identify risks and determine the recommended course of action. Position requires editorial training to learn the core components of the position. Individual must be goal driven and have experience in conflict resolution. This individual will be responsible for training editorial new hires and building efficiencies through training in an existing team of approximately 25 editors. This includes developing a wide variety of training programs and videos to foster an interactive/online learning style.
Requirements Minimum High School diploma, 4 year degree a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of training experience.
Compensation: $25-$30k based on experience
