Description For this position you will have a high level of customer service skills/experience and be internet savvy. You will be communicating via email with thousands of our expert authors and educating them in article marketing/writing, assisting them with the various tools that we offer to them, be responsible for consistency, and maintaining the integrity, and the accuracy of all written and unwritten editorial guidelines. This will involve working closely with our Editorial team to resolve/manage issues, organize and maintain a steady queue, and provide support related to article writing to approximately 150-175 member issues daily. You will be required to have a high level of organization, speed, accuracy and the ability to work independently.

Requirements Minimum High School diploma, 4 year degree a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service and/or help desk experience

Compensation: $25,000 - $30,000/Yr Based on experience
