SparkNET/EzineArticles.com is seeking a full time project manager to join our growing Information Technology team.
You will work closely with our development and administrative teams to produce quick and accurate results for designated projects. You will coordinate with other departments within our organization to ensure goals and expectations are fulfilled.
You'll continually evolve the existing project management process to keep accurate and up-to-date accounting of project statuses and development time, as well as coordinate resources to aggressively meet deadlines.
In addition, you will work closely with our Marketing, Design, and Service teams to maintain development specifications for all development projects, and guarantee all development meets and exceeds our internal and external quality expectations.
Requirements
Ability to communicate with all levels of our organization, and give detailed and descriptive explanations about active projects, objectives, and progress.
This position requires you to be very organized, methodical and detail oriented. Creativity and technical skills are essential to future growth. Previous work in a leadership role and technical experience is a plus.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer or business-related field or 4+ years of working experience with managing development teams.
