Web Development Code Tester
SparkNET/EzineArticles.com is seeking a full time development code tester to join our growing Information Technology team.
You will work closely with our development teams to thoroughly test all work done during and after the development process. In addition, you will proactively seek out and find all usability and functionality defects in current and future development.
You will work closely with our member support team to quickly diagnose member technical issues, as well as provide feedback on technical questions.
In addition, you will provide feedback to our usability teams on how to further improve site functionality.
- Compensation
- $20k-$25k commensurate with experience; progressive growth opportunities.
- Hours Per Week
- Full Time Salary Position, Typical work week is 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with some off-hours work as needed
- Requirements
- Internet-savvy, analytical, methodical, and creative. Must be precise and extremely detail-oriented. This position requires a great deal of repetitive work.
Some experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and Javascript is necessary. Previous experience in code testing is a plus.
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a computer or business-related field or 4+ years of working experience with software development or testing. - Benefits
