Windows Domain Administrator

Domain Administration - Defining and enforcing domain policies, as well as using best practices to maintain an established Windows 2008 domain. This includes creating group policies, configuring user profiles, script writing, and troubleshooting domain issues.

Desktop Maintenance - Providing assistance to team members with desktop issues, as well as setup and configuration of workstations on the domain. This includes hardware maintenance, operating system installations, software installations, and troubleshooting desktop and user issues.

Network Maintenance - Work with our network administrative team to provide end-to-end connectivity with office equipment. This includes use of patch cables, network drops, VLAN configurations, and general office maintenance.

Inventory Management - Use our inventory management system to track all company assets, shipping and receiving, warranty replacements, and system upgrades. This includes the use of inventory management software, as well as internal auditing and asset reclamation.

Compensation
Commensurate with experience; progressive growth opportunities.

Requirements
4 years bachelor degree. 2-5 years of domain administration experience. Internet -savvy, analytical, methodical, detail-oriented, and creative. This position requires excellent internal customer service skills, as well as a high level of understanding in maintaining Microsoft Windows networks. Experience with scripting and development a plus. Previous work with high performance web sites is also a plus.
