• All new team members receive in-depth training from our highly-skilled Training Team in our dedicated training facility.

• Lunches are FREE and catered into our offices daily. The menu is robust enough to please even the hardiest of appetites, yet the fare is specially chosen to avoid that mid-afternoon slump.

  

• Being well-armed at SparkNET is a really good idea. In a fast-paced and ever-changing environment like ours, foam dart guns are a great way to blow off a little steam and have some team-building fun at the same time.

  

• Working in Member Support means being the liaison between our internal team and our members. Every day is a mix of experiences, from small victories and humorous moments to handling difficult situations and offering routine suggestions.

  

• Our IT staff is responsible for assuring that our websites continue to run nonstop 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A difficult, but rewarding task.

  

• Many of our team members keep an EzineArticles mirror mounted on their monitor to prevent uninvited photographers from sneaking up on them.

  

• Fueled by highly-caffeinated beverages, our developers are on the forefront of Internet innovation every single day creating and improving the applications that define the EzineArticles user experience.

  

• Everybody has their official "I Heart EzineArticles" mug. There are literally hundreds of these around the office filled with everything from pens and air to water and hot coffee.

  

• Smiling is contagious, so we try to do it as much as possible. The environment here is a blend of hard-work and a pinch of fun. On Fridays, it's more like a handful of fun.

  

• Our Marketing Department is responsible for all the videos, photographs and graphics seen on our site - plus they have the state-of-the-art tools needed to make it happen.

  

• Video gaming systems are scattered throughout our two buildings. Victory is only an arm swing away in our company-wide Wii bowling tournament!

  

• As you can see by the T-shirt and hat, our attire is 100% casual. It's not at all unusual to see our CEO walking around in shorts, our VP of Operations or Managing Editor in their Harley attire or our Marketing Manager in his stocking feet.

  

• Our Editors make sure that our members always look their best by tweaking their articles before release, or perhaps sending them back to the author for a more thorough makeover when needed.

  

• Think 4 monitors is a lot? For many of our developers that's still not enough! We give our folks the tools they need to get their job done quickly and efficiently - so don't be surprised to see even more monitors at some workstations!

  

• On nice days, the great outdoors often becomes the dining room of choice for our FREE catered lunches.

  

• Did we mention that nobody is safe, not even photographers, from the sting of a well-aimed foam dart?

  

• Training is ongoing and ever-changing here. For this group, learning the job of an Associate Editor is their top priority.

  

• Our editors make up the largest portion of the SparkNET team and come from all walks of life.
